## What does it allow?

This channel is designed to automate communication with customers on the social networking site Instagram.

## How to connect?

Connection Terms:

1. You must have a business account on the Instagram;
2. The business account must be linked to a business page on the Facebook;
3. Instagram settings should allow access to manage private messages.

### You can **Enable** or **Disable** bot responses in this channel. Click the **Save** button:

**Stop the dialogue if initiated by an employee** - allows stopping the dialogue when an employee connects.
