# Загрузка быстрых ответов из таблицы Excel

### Загрузка прямых вопросов

1. Заходим в раздел "База знаний" и справа, где написано  Excel кликаем **Загрузить**

2. Предварительно подготавливаем в Excel таблицу с двумя колонками, в первую поместим темы вопросов, а во вторую то, что бот должен ответить клиенту, например:

Загружаемый файл должен быть НЕ более 1 Мб и НЕ более 100 строк.\
В целом при загрузке всегда загружаются только первые 100 строк.

3. После того, как мы нажали на кнопку "Загрузить из Excel", нам будет предложено выбрать этот файл у себя на компьютере:

4. Далее после выбора данного файла, видим, что все вопросы-ответы в точности прогрузились в раздел "Быстрые ответы":

### Экспорт прямых вопросов из базы знаний

1. Нажимаем справа на значок Excal, выбираем **Скачать**

2. После чего у нас появится сообщение о загрузке экселовской таблицы в память компьютера:

3. В самой экселовской таблице 4 колонки:

**Title** — Название файла базы знаний

**Search Title** — Название файла для поиска

**Content** — Содержание файла

**Used** — в этой графе помещаются графические значения: Если ИСТИНА — значит файл используется. ЛОЖЬ — файл не активен, по нему не производится поиск<br>
