# Альтернативное подключение amoCRM

Доступен дополнительный вариант подключения, при котором кабинет Савви связывается напрямую с amoCRM и каналом, который подключен на стороне CRM, что позволяет вести диалог с клиентом напрямую

#### Подключение

1. Свяжите кабинет Савви и аккаунт amoCRM, выполнив подключение в соответствии с основной [инструкцией](#podklyuchenie).
2. Подключите необходимые каналы, подключенные на стороне amoCRM, руководствуясь соответствующими [инструкциями ](/ru/kanaly/crm-sistemy.md)для каждого конкретного канала.
3. При активном подключении amoCRM, в настройках подключенного канала связи появится дополнительная вкладка **AmoCRM**.

4. Активируйте флаг **"Связать AmoCRM"**.

В целом, этого достаточно для работы с СРМ. Бот будет пробовать найти контакт по кастомным полям (ФИО, номер телефона, email, паспорт, дата рождения и т.д.), если все корректно, то подключение устанавливается и все функционирует полноценно.

Важно!!! Если у контакта в AmoCrm или Kommo не заполняются кастомные поля, то контакт найти не получится, т.е. либо другой бот, либо человек, либо сама интеграция должны заполнить кастомное поле, по которому будет идти поиск контакта (Wazzup хорошо заполняет такие поля самостоятельно, использование этого способа с Wazzup, будет самым надежным вариантом)

В случае, если автоматически подключение не устанавливается, есть возможность указать, какие переменные использовать и задать кастомные поля, в которых необходимо искать информацию.

Активируйте флаг **"Указать параметр для поиска контакта"**, выберите необходимые параметры.

При успешной связке, Вы увидите в экспорте переменные, как на скриншоте ниже.

После успешного подключения будет доступен полный функционал взаимодействия с СРМ, как и при стандартном подключении.
