# Маркетплейсы

Интеграция Савви с маркетплейсами позволяет автоматизировать ответы на вопросы и отзывы клиентов.

При больших объемах товаров ответы на вопросы и отзывы могут занимать внушительное время и занимать большое количество трудовых ресурсов, поэтому нами были реализованы механизмы, позволяющие автоматизировать этот процесс с высоким качеством.

## Как это работает?

Когда клиент оставляет вопрос или отзыв под конкретным товаром информация об этом уходит в Савви. Бот в свою очередь получает информацию из карточки товара, а так же может обратиться в дополнительную внешнюю таблицу составленную компанией (артикул, вопрос, ответ), если в карточке товара нет ответа на заданный вопрос.

Получив нужную информацию Савви возвращает ответ на маркетплейс и размещает его под вопросом / отзывом.
