WhatsApp – бесплатный онлайн-мессенджер, одно из самых популярных мобильных приложений в мире.

Данный канал позволяет полностью автоматизировать общение с клиентами.

## Подключение и базовая настройка

Чтобы подключить Савви к WhatsApp необходимо перейти в раздел **Каналы** внутри бота и зайти в канал WhatsApp.

В открывшемся окне нажимаем на кнопку **Подключить.**

Далее нажимаете **"Да"**, если согласны с условиями тарификации.

Далее необходимо отсканировать QR-код, либо ввести номер телефона в указанном формате. И следовать инструкциям.

Чтобы агент автоматически определял номер телефона собеседника, разрешите **передавать номер собеседника агенту.**

Вы можете создать список номеров, которым агент отвечать не будет, введите номера телефонов в соответствии с указанным форматом в обозначенное поле.

Убедитесь, что **"Ответы агента"** активированы. При необходимости временно отключить ответы агента, не отключая сам канал, достаточно выключить флаг.

## Работа с группами

На вкладке "Группы" Вы можете гибко настроить работу агента с группами.

Для ответов в группы активируйте флаг "Ответы в группу". После этого откроются дополнительные параметры.

Флаг **"Отвечать только на те сообщения, где его вызовут"** позволяет выбрать сценарий при котором агент не будет отвечать на сообщения в переписке до момента прямого обращения к нему.

В поле **"Ключевые слова для ответа на сообщение"** Вы можете указать слова, которые будут играть роль триггеров для агента, он будет отвечать на сообщения, содержащие указанные слова.

Вы можете выбрать группы, в которых бот не будет отвечать, для этого активируйте соответствующие флаги.

Можно выбрать группы, только в которых агент будет отвечать, необходимо активировать флаги интересующих Вас групп.
