In this guide, we will explore all the capabilities of Suvvy that allow the platform to handle up to 100% of customer requests with high accuracy and efficiency.

CHANNELSPayment for using Suvvy is made via the Pay-as-you-go system - pay as you go. This means that you simply top up your balance, and then it is deducted only for each response. That is, the balance is not spent if Suvvy is not used.
Upon registration, we provide $5 on the balance for 7 days. If you top up your balance within these 7 days, the demo balance is preserved and added to your main balance. If you do not get to try the service within 7 days, the trial balance expires.
The monthly cost depends on the volume of dialogues, the size of the bot's instructions, the knowledge base, and all the functions it uses. LLM models are structured in a way that, to process the message correctly, we send all the information that it already uses for a response.
On average, one dialogue consists of:
On simple cases: from 7 to 15 rubles per dialogue (one response from 1 to 3 rubles)
On complex cases: from 15 to 30 rubles per dialogue (one response from 3 to 7 rubles)
Knowing the total volume of leads/dialogues, the cost per month can be determined.
For example, with a daily amount of 20 leads/dialogues, the monthly cost can be calculated by multiplying the number of dialogues by the number of days and the cost per interaction:
20 (number of dialogues) * 30 (days in a month) * 10 (average cost) = 6,000 rubles/month.
